Josie was extremely helpful and proactive, but everyone we dealt with on the phone and in person were friendly, helpful, reactive and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back when it comes time to sell! I have used many Estate Agents throughout my life but I am most pleased with my experience with Tor Estates.
Extraordinary service from the Lettings team where Mel was very client orientated with any issues arising over the last 3 years. Sales team - Neil listened to our requirements and found us the right property and Josie supervising the whole process and keeping us informed all the way through. Josie, Andy & Gavin in particular were great communicators and assisted with some tasks I.e. verification of documents which was greatly appreciated. We haven't bought a house before but have been very impressed by the professionalism, dedication towards customer care and fantastic communication which we simply didn't always get with other estate agents we've been in touch with. 5 stars all the way through - we can't thank you enough!!!
The team at Tor were great. I dealt with Andy Gavin & Josie. Andy was so friendly, always around to help & has a vast knowledge in the field. Josie was always keeping us up to date with our viewings, bookings & happy to help us in any way she could. Gavin was great helping us with our mortgage & insurances, & happy to give us late appointments to fit around our work commitments. I couldn't recommend the Tor Estates team high enough.
